The Turkey Bacon Club Dog

  • 4 Miller's Polish Sausage
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 8-12 slices of deli meat turkey
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 head green leaf lettuce, washed
  • 1 tomato, washed and sliced
  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp. yellow mustard
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. 
  2. Wrap a slice of bacon around each hot dog, securing the ends with toothpicks.
  3. Place on baking sheet with wire rack. 
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the bacon is cooked to your liking. 
  5. Toast hot dog buns for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly browned.
  6. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each hot dog bun. Layer with lettuce, cheese, turkey slices and tomatoes. 
  7. Place bacon wrapped dog on the bun and finish off with a drizzle of yellow mustard.
