  • 4 Miller's Beef Franks "The Colossal"
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cup tortilla strips
  1. In a saucepan on medium heat, add the nacho cheese sauce. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low once the nacho cheese sauce is warm.
  2. Add water to a skillet over medium-high heat, covering surface with half an inch of water. Heat until water starts to boil.
  3. Add hot dogs to skillet and roll frequently until browned on all sides.
  4. Remove from skillet and place hot dogs in buns. Add a heaping scoop of nacho cheese sauce, pico de gallo, jalapenos and finish off with a sprinkle of tortilla strips.
