  1. Add water to a skillet over medium-high heat, covering surface with half an inch of water. Heat until water starts to boil.

  2. Add hot dogs and roll frequently until browned on all sides.

  3. Remove from skillet and place hot dogs in buns. Add slices of avocado, pico de gallo, cotija cheese and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
