  • 4 Miller's Beef Franks "The Colossal"
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 3-4 cherry peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers, diced
  • 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices sharp provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent, approximately 7-10 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat to low, add banana peppers and cherry peppers. 
  3. Preheat oven to broil.
  4. Layer hot dog buns with provolone cheese and place in oven. Broil for 1-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and set aside.
  5. In a separate skillet over medium-high heat, add water to cover surface with a half an inch of water. Heat until water starts to boil.
  6. Add hot dogs and roll frequently until browned on all sides.
  7. Place hot dogs in buns and spoon a generous portion of onions and peppers on each.
