The Beef Taco Dog

Directions

In a skillet on medium-high heat, brown ground beef for 7-10 minutes, stirring often to break meat up.
Once ground beef has been browned, add 1 packet of Kinder's The Taco Blend Seasoning and stir making sure the seasoning coats the meat evenly, approximately 1 minute. Reduce heat to low, while you prepare the hot dogs.
Add water to a separate skillet over medium-high heat, covering surface with half an inch of water. Heat until water starts to boil.
Add hot dogs to the skillet and roll frequently until browned on all sides.
Remove hot dogs from skillet and place in buns. Add a heaping scoop of taco ground beef, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and finish off with a little fresh cilantro.
