The Salami and Provolone Dog

  • 4 Miller’s Polish Hot Dogs
  • 1 sourdough loaf baguette, cut into hot dog length
  • 24 slices of salami 
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncinis
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 tbsp. yellow mustard

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add water to cover surface with half an inch of water. Heat until water starts to boil.

  2. Add hot dogs and roll frequently until browned on all sides.

  3. Slice bread like a sandwich roll, layer with salami and cheese.

  4. Place hot dogs in sandwich rolls and finish off with pepperoncinis and a drizzle of mustard.
