The Chorizo Pico Dog

- 4 Miller’s Beef Franks “The Colossal”
- 4 hot dog buns
- 9 oz. pork chorizo
- 2 cups pico de gallo
- 8 tbsp. sour cream
In a saucepan on medium heat, add the pork chorizo. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring often. Reduce heat to low, once browned.
Add water to a skillet over medium heat, covering surface with half an inch of water. Heat until water starts to boil.
Add hot dogs to skillet and roll frequently until browned on all sides.
Remove hot dogs from skillet and place in buns. Add a heaping scoop of chorizo to each bun. Top off with a scoop of pico de gallo and a drizzle of sour cream.
