Miller’s Chicken Fajita Sausage Tacos

  • 1 package Miller’s Chicken Fajita Sausage, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 large red onion, thinly sliced 
  • 3 large bell peppers (red, yellow, green), thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro, rough chopped
  • corn or four tortillas
  • toppings of choice 
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add sausages and cook until browned, approximately 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway. Remove sausages and set aside.
  2. Wipe skillet out with paper towel, keep skillet at medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add onions and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced peppers and cook 3-4 more minutes. Add the chicken fajita sausage back into the skillet, and 1/4 cup water. Stir and saute for 3 more minutes.
  4. Squeeze additional fresh lime juice over the skillet, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and serve with tortillas or lettuce wraps with all your favorite toppings.
