Ingredients

Directions
  1. In a skillet on medium-high heat, brown ground beef for 7-10 minutes, stirring often to break meat up.

  2. Once ground beef has been browned, add 1 packet of Kinder's Woodfired Chili Seasoning and stir making sure the seasoning coats the meat evenly, approximately 1 minute.

  3. Add water/broth, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans. Bring to boil.

  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Preheat outdoor gas grill to medium heat. If using a charcoal grill, arrange coals to one side of the grill to create a direct(high heat) and indirect (low heat) cooking areas.

  6. Place hot dogs on indirect cooking area and cook for 4-7 minutes, turning often. Remove once hot dogs are grilled to your liking and set aside.

  7. Place hot dogs in buns, top with a heaping scoop of chili, cheddar cheese and top off with green onions. Enjoy!
