The Yaki Ginger Soy Dog

  • 4 Miller's Angus Beef Franks "The Standard"
  • 4 sesame seeded hot dog buns
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds



Ginger Soy Aioli

  1. Combine mayonnaise, ginger and soy sauce. Stir, cover and place in refrigerator for 20 minutes. 

Hot Dog

  1. Add water to a skillet over medium-high heat, covering surface with half an inch of water
  2. Heat skillet until water starts to boil.
  3. Add hot dogs and roll hot dogs frequently until browned on all sides. 
  4. Remove from skillet, place in hot dog buns and top with kimchi, ginger soy aioli, teriyaki sauce. Finish off with some green onions and a little extra sesame seeds.
