Chicken Fajita Sausage Skewers

  1. Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  2. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10-15 minutes before assembling.
  3. Cut sausages into fourths and place on skewer, staggering the onions and bell peppers in between each piece of sausage.
  4. Sear skewers over direct heat on grill, turning frequently to avoid burning, until desired char and look is reached, approximately 3-4 minutes a side. Move to indirect heat and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve warm with a couple flour tortillas and your favorite fajita toppings. Enjoy!
