  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. 
  2. Wrap a slice of bacon around each hot dog, securing the ends with toothpicks.
  3. Place on baking sheet with wire rack. 
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the bacon is cooked to your liking. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Toast hot dog buns for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly browned.
  6. In a saucepan on medium heat, add the pinto beans. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low once the beans are warm.
  7. Place bacon wrapped hot dogs in buns. Add a heaping scoop of pinto beans, pico de gallo, jalapenos, cheese and a drizzle of green salsa.
