The Cheddar Pepperoncini Dog

  • 4 Miller's Polish Sausage
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tomato, washed and sliced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncinis
  • 4 tbsp. yellow mustard
  1. Add water to a skillet over medium-high heat, covering surface with half an inch of water. Heat until water starts to boil.
  2. Add polish sausages and roll frequently until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove from skillet and place in buns. Top with cheese, tomato slices, pepperoncinis and a drizzle of yellow mustard.
