  • Miller's Beef Franks "The Colossal"
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 8-12 slices deli roast beef
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 packet au jus (optional)
  1. Add water to a skillet over medium heat, covering surface with half an inch of water. Heat until water starts to boil.

  2. In a separate sauce pan, heat the au jus sauce according to package.

  3. To make creamy horseradish sauce, mix sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Place in refrigerator until ready to top dogs.

  4. Add hot dogs to skillet and roll frequently until browned on all sides.

  5. Layer hot dog buns with roast beef.

  6. Remove hot dogs from pan and place in buns. Top with creamy horseradish sauce. Serve with a side of au jus for dipping.
